In my latest series, Coexistence, I explore the concept that both grief and joy can exist within the same space. As someone who's experienced heartbreak, disappointment, loss... yet felt incredible love and joy at the same time, I know this space so well.
As I work through the challenges that infertility brings, my painting process has become one of healing and release. Each painting starts with layers of expressive energy through bold brushstrokes and lashings of dripping paint. As my emotional state starts to release, the strokes become more refined until finally joy is found within the work and my soul.
What emerges from the process is work that holds the space for grief, while also gracefully standing with a presence of beauty and joy.

THE FINISH
The painting has been created on artist quality 100% cotton canvas and finished with gloss varnish, protecting the longevity and enhancing the vibrancy of the colours.
The sides of the canvas have been painted blue black.
If your within Australia it comes stretched and ready to hang. International orders will be sent unstretched, unframed and rolled in tube.

Your painting will be hand signed on the front and back, with its title written on the rear of the canvas. You will also receive a certificate of authenticity.
